  • Monday thru Friday:
    Morning Meditation*
    8:00 – 8:40 a.m. Sitting
    8:40 – 8:50 a.m. Walking
    8:50 – 9:30 a.m. Sitting
    Evening Meditation
    5:30pm – 6:10pm
  • Saturday:
    Morning Meditation
    10:00 – 10:40 a.m. (Instruction is available at this time)**
  • Selected Thursdays:
    Dharma Videos / Programs
    5:30 – 7:00 p.m.

* During the Morning Meditation period, we do a 40 minute sitting, followed by 10 minutes of walking meditation and another 40 minute sitting. We are very flexible and you are welcome to come and join us at any time during that period and to sit for whatever amount of time that you are able to. We have available a variety of cushions, seiza benches and chairs.

**Every Saturday, if you are new to meditation, at the 10:00 am sitting, there is an opportunity to receive basic meditation instruction.
